Good time of day!

I took some time to add a few quality of life additions and option shenanigans, most prominently autofire and a difficulty selection, which gives you the option to reduce your HP to ONE; as a true test of skill, or if you just really love dying. 
See a full list of changes below.

• A main menu with  a difficulty select that tweaks HP Item respawn rates, Player HP and Boss HP.
• Records! Your highest score will be saved and shown on the main menu. Keep in mind this only works on emulators and flashcarts that can do saving. (i actually have no idea how and if saves work in web builds. lets find out together! :) )
• Autofire! Hold the button down and fire away. No more sore fingers from mashing!
• A tweaked health display that shows boss HP in more detail.
• Skippable boss intros! This was actually supposed to be in the first build, but apparently I didn't test it properly? Oops! Anyways, it works now.
• Minor tweaks to Speed o' Light Sunshine and Molars D. Mauler's patterns.
• Maybe something I'm forgetting! I dunno!!! I'm just a guy!!

You can probably look forward to more updates in the future. Emphasis on "probably". Again, I'm just a guy.
